In the Narue Al Fain (Lands of Fate), few surpass the station of their birth. Of those that do, most avail themselves of an advantageous marriage or the accumulation of wealth to better their circumstances. But some of uncommon valor and skill take the path of glory and peril to rise into the upper ranks of society.
The path of the adventurer can be the quickest catalyst to improve one’s lot in life.
Or the fastest avenue to the nether world to join those fallen before.
